Focused Nutrition Elite YK-11 is a chemical compound akin to DHT, commonly known as SARMs, which selectively stimulates androgen receptors.
Nuclear receptors like androgen receptors (AR) are responsible for the control of specific gene transcription. When the cells detect an androgen in the cytoplasm, it activates the AR. This allows the receptor to travel from the cytoplasm to the nucleus, and connect with the needed specific DNA segments (ARE). Once the connection is established, the AR-androgen complex triggers the action of co-activators or repressors, intensifying or diminishing the genes related to the growth and renovation of particular structures. The full functioning of AR necessitates collaboration between the transcription and incorporation of NTD domain enhancers (that have in it the AF-1 subregion -activation function-1) with the LBD domain (which has in it the AF-2 sub-domain - activation function-2). This is known as the N/C interplay. A large number of substances are contending for connecting to androgen receptors, including testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT). The investigated methyl carboxylic acid. ester has been considered to be one of the most potent SARMs and is able to strongly stimulate anabolic activities within specific components of the body. This molecule exhibits specific tissue sensitivity and has high affinity to androgen receptors, meaning that it is able to solidly attach to certain androgen receptors. However, its capacities may not fully match those of SARMs due to its insufficiency in inducing N/C interaction and thus partially activating the aforementioned receptors.
YK-11 induces a quicker rate of muscle building than DHT despite not being able to fully activate androgen receptors. This is due to it increasing the amount of MyoD, Myf5 and myogenin, which are important myogenic regulatory factors. The primary way YK-11 hastens miogenesis is by accelerating the production of follistatin, which prevents myostatin from hindering muscle growth beyond the normal size.
The effects of methyl acid ester on androgen receptors and the activation/deactivation of certain proteins are known, but its effects on hormonal levels in the body and potential impacts on the liver have yet to be discovered.

DIRECTIONS OF USE
