DIRECTIONS OF USE

Great for everyday
I use ECA as an everyday energizer/burner when I do not use T6 or T7. This gives an extra boost at the beginning of the day, and is for me a great alernative to regular cofee.
But for my workouts I usually use T6 or T7.
