Focused Nutrition Elite YK-11
Focused Nutrition Elite YK-11 is a structurally related compound similar to DHT, commonly classified as SARMs, compounds that selectively activate androgen receptors.
Androgen receptors (AR) are part of the group of nuclear receptors responsible for the regulation of transcription of target genes. Combined with "caring" proteins, they wait inactive for the appearance of an appropriate androgen in the cytosol. Acceptance of the ligand by AR allows their initial activation and translocation from the cytosol to the cell nucleus. There, the AR-androgen complex combines with the required DNA fragments (elements of androgens response - ARE) and recruits appropriate regulators, ie co-activators or corepressors, respectively intensifies or inhibits the transcription of genes that allow the development and renewal of specific structures. Full activation of AR requires interaction of transcription and attachment of NTD domain coactivators (containing the AF-1 subdomain - activation function-1) with the LBD domain (having the AF-2 sub-domain - activation function-2), which was called the N / C interaction . Numerous compounds compete for attachment to androgen receptors, including testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which excessive activity can lead to many adverse effects.
For the purpose of activating androgen receptors, without causing adverse effects attributed to excessive androgens, a newly formed group of compounds called Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs) was established. The term SARMs refers to a group of substances, both steroidal and non-steroidal, which as androgen receptor (AR) ligands attached to hormone binding domains (LBD), influence their functions. Perfect SARMs is characterized by high interaction with AR, usually greater than endogenous androgens and tissue specificity, thanks to which they are able to activate AR in selected areas of the body, including muscles, bone, or nervous system, omitting the prostate, leading to the desired effects . As a rule, they do not constitute a substrate for 5α-reductase and aromatase, and thus are not subject to conversion to DHT and estrogens, and therefore are not associated with the negative consequences of the activity of these hormones.
(17α, 20E) -17.20 - [(1-methoxyethylidene) bis- (oxy)] - 3-oxo-19-norpregna-4,20-diene-21-carboxylic acid methyl ester was classified as one of the most effective SARMs strongly activating anabolic processes in specific areas of the system. As a ligand showing some tissue specificity and high affinity for AR (greater than in the case of testosterone or DHT), it is capable of strongly binding selected androgen receptors. Nevertheless, its activities do not fully coincide with those attributed to SARMs, as evidenced by the inability to induce N / C interactions, and thus only partial agonism of said receptors.
YK-11, regardless of the inability to fully activate androgen receptors, is able to increase the level of major myogenic regulatory factors (MRFs), especially MyoD, Myf5 and myogenin, in a way that is greater than that of DHT. YK-11 allows miogenesis to take place mainly by increasing the concentration of follistatin (FST), by which it limits the activity of myostatin, a protein that limits the process of muscle growth over the naturally programmed size.
In addition to (17α, 20E) -17.20 - [(1-methoxyethylidene) bis (oxy)] -3-oxo-19-norpregna-4,20-diene-21-carboxylic acid methyl ester on androgen receptors and activation or inactivation of some proteins, so far the influence on hormonal proportions in the body and its possible impact on the liver is unknown.
FOCUSED NUTRITION YK-11 is an extremely powerful anabolic product that mainly by increasing folistin and MRFs and blocking myostatin is able to increase the synthesis of new muscle fibers. Supporting the development of muscle mass, with the simultaneous loss of superfluous fat tissue, leads to the exposure of extremely muscular and skimmed figure.
