DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU

  1. We ship from the European Union territory to almost every country in the world via DHL (2-3 working days).
  2. Each package we ship to the United States or elsewhere outside the European Union includes necessary customs clearance documents. Its duration is different for each country (depending on the specific circumstances and the current functioning of the customs office) and can be extended.
  3. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, EXTENDING DELIVERY TIME. If this happens  we do not pay the cost of any customs duties. THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
  4. Usually we arrange preliminary parcel documents  to avoid all custom PROBLEMS AND ADDITIONAL FEES. For this reason 99% of our customers outside Europe get their parcels very fast and without any additional fees.
  5. If for some reason the goods will not be released by customs and sent back to us, then you should be aware that YOUR REFUND WILL HAS TO BE REDUCED BY THE COST OF STORAGE OF GOODS AT THE BORDER AND THE RETURN SHIPPING COST WE ARE FORCED TO PAY.
  6. Once the day of shipping the customer you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from us. It allows you to monitor the current status of delivery on the website of the carrier.
  7. You should bear in mind that in the case of too long waiting period for delivery by the above mentioned carrier companies, or the loss of a consignment, the consideration of the complaint application can take up to 30 days.
